Mounted Compactor

These plate compactors were introduced to reduce whole body vibration to the operatives, when operating a roller.

Using a roller takes many passes in thin layers, say 150mm thick. Utilising the plate compactor, materials are compacted in up to 2m layers in a single pass.

We have also invested in smaller versions for mini diggers, which will compact in up to 1m thick layers.
