The scheme comprised the enabling works for a new office and warehouse. The works included removal of the existing riverside walls, bridge demolition and footbridge removal, together with a bored pile retaining wall, piling mat and bridge abutments. The works were carried out on behalf of Slough Estates with close consultation with the Environment Agency. Value of the Scheme was approximately £450,000.
